1. Job Description
- Develop and implement all work procedures related to the functions of the R&D Department.
- Be responsible for developing new products, upgrading strategies, and improving existing beverage items on the restaurant’s menu to enhance business performance.
- Ensure all menus and assigned programs are completed on schedule.
- Generate and develop new ideas, diversifying products in terms of quality and presentation.
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to implement new projects in line with the company’s strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Departments to understand customer experience and provide appropriate improvement solutions.
- Manage and provide timely solutions for new product development and product improvement projects under R&D.
- Ensure output standards for product quality, specifications, and production processes are met.
- Manage and train the R&D team effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly R&D activity reports (or as requested) to the Board of Directors.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities, with a systematic and efficient working style.
- Strong team spirit, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding results with creativity and contributions to company development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Solid understanding of kitchen equipment and machinery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Honest, confident, sharp-minded, with good judgment and the ability to oversee multiple tasks.
- Presentable appearance and confident demeanor.
