A. Job Description

Be responsible for coordinating with other service positions to provide customers with the best possible service.
Welcome guests and provide information about the menu, including preparation techniques or product specialties.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bussers/runners.
Take orders for food and beverages and execute the necessary procedures.
Ensure that orders are served accurately and completely.
Observe customers to promptly grasp and fulfill their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compile bills/invoices and execute payment procedures according to company regulations.
Assist the Receptionist (Host/Hostess) and other serving staff/runners during operating hours.
Prepare and ensure tools and equipment are fully stocked and clean in the station cabinets, and perform all pre-service preparation tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the direct Manager.

Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
Experience: Preference for candidates with at least 03 months of experience in the customer service field.
Skills: Ability to receive information and accurately record orders.
Physical Demands: Able to move continuously or stand in place during the working shift.
Age: 18 years old and above.
Personality: Dedicated to customer service, honest, open-minded, enthusiastic, highly motivated (eager to learn), and able to work well under work pressure.
