A. Job Description
- Manage all activities to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
- Responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue as well as maintaining high standards about food, service, and health safety.
- Make a business plan based on the factors affecting business.
- Make suggestions for business development and Marketing at the restaurant.
- Implement and check the maintenance of brand identity in the restaurant.
- Arrange and implement approved marketing activities, promotional events, or promotional programs.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reports including the following contents: HR, P&L, Revenue, Planning,… to direct Manager.
- Handle and follow up on any customer complaints.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff.
- Motivate staff to promote their career path.
- Check and supervise the arrangement of working shifts in the restaurant.
- Maintain and control quality standards, food safety, and staff safety.
- Ensure important legal and administrative documents are carefully stored (copy documents) in the restaurant.
- Monthly/Quarterly inventory.
- Training and development plans for staff based on periodic performance evaluation file.
- Other tasks followed by the direct manager.
B. Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Certificate in Hospitality or related field.
- Grooming: Agile, matching with service environment.
- Previous management experience of 2-3 years in Hospitality and 02 years as Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
- Use office computer fluently.
- Interpersonal skill, problem-solving.
- Training, motivating and leading employees.
- Good management, planning, supervision and development skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Able to work individually or teamwork.
- Intensive F&B knowledge.
- Personality: Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, ability to work under pressure.
- Age: over 30 years old.
- English language requirement.
