A. Job Description

Be responsible for ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of Kitchen Utensils and Tools (CCDC - Công cụ dụng cụ) in the restaurant.
Execute the dishwashing and rinsing procedure correctly as regulated.
Perform shift work as assigned.
Clean and maintain the dishwashing area to be clean, tidy, and organized.
Place clean dishes, plates, and utensils onto the appropriate shelves/racks.
Collect and dispose of trash from bins to the designated area.
Clean and wipe down restrooms thoroughly before and after service hours.
Ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper/hand towels in restrooms during service hours.
Check the operation of sanitation equipment/facilities before service hours and report to the Restaurant Management.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the direct Manager.

Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
Gender: Female.
Personality: Clean/hygienic, honest, hardworking/diligent, careful/meticulous, high sense of responsibility, and able to work well under pressure.
