1. Job Description

Establish work processes and procedures relevant to the functions of the R&D Department.
Be responsible for developing new products, upgrading strategies, and improving existing products on the restaurant's beverage menu to enhance business efficiency.
Ensure the completion of menus and programs according to the assigned schedule/timeline.
Develop and innovate new ideas, diversifying products in terms of quality and style/presentation.
Plan and coordinate with relevant departments in deploying new projects following the strategic direction set by the company.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Departments to thoroughly understand user experience and propose necessary solutions.
Manage and provide timely solutions for R&D projects related to new and improved products.
Ensure output standards regarding quality, product specifications/norms, production processes, etc., for all company products.
Manage and train R&D personnel.
Report the R&D department's operational status daily, weekly, monthly, or upon request to the Board of Directors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology.
Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position within the F&B industry.
Strong ability in analysis, planning, and time management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills (ability to manage work scientifically and effectively).
High spirit of unity, strong team-building attitude; proactive in work, always striving to successfully complete assigned tasks, and generating creative ideas contributing to the Company's development.
Good communication skills, ability to coordinate and cooperate with colleagues.
Good knowledge of kitchen machinery and equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/office computing.
Honest, self-confident, with good judgment, sharp business acumen, and strong oversight capability.
