A. Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen tools and equipment in the restaurant.
- Follow proper dishwashing procedures as instructed.
- Perform assigned duties according to shift schedule.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Place clean dishes, bowls, and utensils properly on designated shelves or racks.
- Collect and dispose of trash in the designated area.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms before and after service hours.
- Ensure sufficient supplies of tissue and hand towels in restrooms during service time.
- Check the operation of cleaning equipment before service hours and report any issues to the restaurant management.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
B. Job Requirements
- Appearance & Demeanor: Active and suitable for the service environment.
- Gender: Female.
- Personality: Clean, honest, hardworking, careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
