A. Job Description
- Prepare a list of suitable drinks for the bar's operation and propose it to the Manager.
- Create a list of creative drinks based on available raw materials, adjust standards and quantities, and propose directly to the store manager along with the product development and research department.
- Prepare a daily raw material report list.
- Supervise the work of bar staff, perform the mixing duties of a normal bar staff when required.
- Supervise the work of bar staff, ensure all employees follow the steps according to the process and product quality.
- Directly manage the bar personnel: Check and remind staff when they do not follow the coffee bar's regulations, arrange work shifts, leave schedules for staff, schedule training to guide baristas on mixing skills, monitor and supervise all work of the coffee bar as assigned by leadership.
- Be ultimately responsible for the job category before the Manager.
- Control and be responsible for all items related to the bar area regarding quantity, quality, etc.
- Manage asset inventory, order ingredients and tools for the job.
- Be in charge of all main beverage products in parties or events.
- Be responsible for checking all items related to the bar area.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
B. Job Requirements
- Appearance & Demeanor: Active and well-suited for the service environment.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Head Barista / Bar Counter Supervisor.
- Knowledge and skills in preparing various coffee-related drinks.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong training and coaching skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and task management skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Personality: Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Energetic and confident.
- Physically fit.
- Basic English communication.
