[Phu Quoc- RuNam] Shift Supervisor

A. Job Description

- Recognize employee performance and propose staff development plans.
- Ensure hygiene standards are followed according to checklists.
- Manage and supervise overall daily operations.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks for team members during shifts.
- Prepare and analyze daily and monthly reports, addressing any discrepancies.
- Monitor food and labor costs, make necessary adjustments, and ensure proper allocation/control.
- Supervise food and beverage quality to maintain the highest standards for guests.
- Coordinate and conduct staff training and development programs with the Restaurant Manager.
- Record, respond to, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure smooth business operations throughout the shift.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

- Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 1 year in a supervisory position at a restaurant/hotel with more than 20 staff members.
- Active and well-suited for a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good training and coaching skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and task allocation abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal qualities: Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
