[HCM - Nha Hang Thanh Nien] Bar Staff

A. Job Description

- Mix/Prepare drinks and serve beverages to customers following the Company's standard recipes.
- Receive drink orders from the service staff (wait staff).
- Check inventory, order alcohol, beverages, or other supplies.
- Organize tools and equipment in a logical way (or keep tools and equipment organized).
- Follow all rules about hygiene and food safety.
- Control and reduce product spoilage or waste.
- Maintain the bar equipment and tools.
- Handle product rotation procedures to make sure products are fresh.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

- Appearance/Demeanor: Be quick, energetic, and suitable for a service environment.
- Experience: Candidates with at least 3 months of experience in bar service are preferred, with knowledge of different drinks and how to mix them.
- Skills: Able to receive information and fill out forms.
- Physical: Able to move around continuously or stand in one spot during the shift.
- Age: Must be over 18 years old.
- Personality: Dedicated to customers, honest, open-minded, enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow (or have a proactive attitude), and able to handle work pressure.
