A. Job Description
1. Develop & Implement Customer Care Activities (20%)
- Participate in market research, evaluate brand awareness and customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and develop a member customer group to increase spending, strengthen loyalty, and enhance customer experience.
2. Execute Marketing Activities & Campaigns (40%)
- Participate in the design and production of marketing materials (banners, flyers, catalogues, etc.) for the Phu Quoc market.
- Create media content (photos, videos) showcasing restaurant services and products.
- Support the implementation of marketing programs and brand-related events in Phu Quoc.
- Manage ordering, coordination, payment, and usage processes for marketing materials across restaurants in the area.
- Coordinate with business partners, contractors, production units, and service providers related to marketing operations.
3. Communication & Customer Engagement (30%)
- Update and manage customer databases; develop plans to maintain and nurture existing customers.
- Implement loyalty programs: send vouchers, greeting cards, and gifts for special occasions.
- Monitor and promptly respond to customer feedback both onsite and across online platforms.
- Receive, confirm, and handle customer reservation requests.
4. Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks (10%)
- Prepare contracts, documents, and payment records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle registration and notification procedures for promotional programs as required by law.
- Prepare, monitor, and review marketing expenses and cost proposals.
B. Job Requirements
- College degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry are preferred.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Good negotiation and task management skills.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong content writing skills and high creativity.
