[HCM - Nha Hang Nuoc] Cashier

A. Job Description

- Handle customer payments and verify transactions with the service team or guests.
- Ensure all payment and transaction records are accurate.
- Receive the cash float at the beginning of the shift and carefully count the cash drawer/safe at the start and end of the shift to verify the correct amount.
- Record and total food and beverage orders, or mark items on order slips.
- Collect payments, verify or confirm customer transactions, check identification when necessary, and prepare bills.
- Reconcile cash, receipts, and total sales at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
- May assist with greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and passing them to the kitchen staff when required.
- Summarize special invoices (discounts, service recovery, etc.) following company policies and procedures.
- Check and control input invoices and VAT bills daily.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

- Appearance & Demeanor: Active and suitable for the service environment.
- Computer skills and proficiency in POS or accounting/payment software.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform accurate manual calculations.
- Analytical and summarizing skills.
- Knowledge of laws and related regulations.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Age: 18 or above.
- Personality: Careful, detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
- Basic English communication.
