[HCM - Nha Hang Nuoc] Hostess

A. Job Description

- Greet guests warmly and arrange seating upon arrival.
- Be polite and attentive when welcoming and guiding guests to their tables.
- Answer guests’ questions about the menu, service hours, or other restaurant services.
- Handle special table requests according to availability.
- Arrange seating for regular guests while balancing customer flow across different areas.
- Coordinate dining room operations during service.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

- Appearance & Demeanor: Active, well-groomed, pleasant appearance, tall, and suitable for the service environment.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 18 or above.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the products and the brand.
- Personality: Customer-oriented, open-minded, honest, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, willing to learn, and career-driven.
- Basic English communication.
