[HCM - Nha Hang Thanh Nien] Service Staff

A. Job Description

- Work closely with other service staff to provide the best experience for guests.
- Greet guests and provide menu information, including preparation methods and product highlights.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and runner staff.
- Take food and beverage orders and follow standard order-taking procedures.
- Ensure all orders are served accurately and completely.
- Observe guests to anticipate their needs and respond promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare bills and handle payment procedures according to company policy.
- Support the receptionist and other service or runner staff during operating hours.
- Keep all station tools and equipment clean, well-prepared, and organized; perform opening preparation tasks as assigned by the team leader.
- Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

- Appearance & Demeanor: Active and suitable for the service environment.
- Preferably with at least 3 months of experience in customer service or a similar position.
- Able to receive information and take orders accurately.
- Able to stand or move continuously during the shift.
- Age: 18 or above.
- Personality: Customer-oriented, honest, open-minded, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
