A. Job Description

  • Create a list of suitable beverages for the counter's operation and propose it to the Manager.
  • Develop a list of creative beverages based on available ingredients, adjust norms and quantities (specifications), and propose directly to the store manager along with the Product Research and Development department.
  • Prepare daily reports on raw materials/ingredients.
  • Supervise the work of baristas, and perform the duties of a regular barista when required.
  • Supervise the work of baristas, ensuring all staff comply with procedural steps and product quality standards.
  • Directly manage Bar Counter personnel: Check and remind staff who do not comply with coffee counter regulations, arrange work shifts and time-off schedules for staff, schedule training to guide baristas on beverage making skills, and monitor and expedite all work at the coffee counter as assigned by management.
  • Hold the highest responsibility for all job categories before the Manager.
  • Control and be fully responsible for all items related to the work at the bar counter regarding quantity, quality, etc.
  • Conduct inventory management, ordering necessary ingredients and equipment for the work.
  • Be in charge of all main beverage products for parties or events.
  • Be responsible for checking all items related to the bar counter.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

B. Job Requirements

  • Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
  • Experience: At least 02 years of experience working at a beverage counter/barista station.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency and knowledge in preparing various coffee-related beverages.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills.
  • Management Skills: Strong training and mentoring/guidance skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent situational problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Management Skills: Ability to manage, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Work Style: Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Personality: Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, dedicated to customer service, high sense of responsibility, and able to work well under pressure.
  • General: Dynamic and self-confident.
  • Health: Good physical health.
  • Language: Basic English communication.
