[HCM - Beverage] Steward Staff

A. Job Description

• Be responsible for ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of Kitchen Utensils and Tools (CCDC - Công cụ dụng cụ) in the restaurant.
• Execute the dishwashing and rinsing procedure correctly as regulated.
• Perform shift work as assigned.
• Clean and maintain the dishwashing area to be clean, tidy, and organized.
• Place clean dishes, plates, and utensils onto the appropriate shelves/racks.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins to the designated area.
• Clean and wipe down restrooms thoroughly before and after service hours.
• Ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper/hand towels in restrooms during service hours.
• Check the operation of sanitation equipment/facilities before service hours and report to the Restaurant Management.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the direct Manager.

B. Job Requirements

• Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
• Gender: Female.
• Personality: Clean/hygienic, honest, hardworking/diligent, careful/meticulous, high sense of responsibility, and able to work well under pressure.
