A. Job Description

Acknowledge/Recognize employees' work achievements and propose team development.
Ensure that hygiene guidelines based on checklists are properly executed/implemented.
Manage and supervise general operations during a regular working day/shift.
Develop the work schedule/roster for staff during the shift.
Execute and analyze differences/variations in daily and monthly reports.
Monitor food costs and labor costs, and implement corrective actions if necessary, or directly manage the allocation/control of these costs.
Monitor the quality of food and beverages to ensure the best quality for customers.
Coordinate and implement staff training and development programs together with the Restaurant Manager.
Record, respond, and take action to resolve customer complaints.
Ensure optimal supervision of business operations during the shift.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the direct Manager.

Education: Hold an Intermediate Degree (Trung cấp) or higher in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 02 years of working experience in a restaurant/hotel, with at least 01 year in a Team Leader/Captain position in a restaurant/hotel with a team size of 20 staff or more.
Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills.
Management Skills: Strong training and mentoring/guidance skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution/situational problem-solving skills.
Management Skills: Ability to manage, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
