A. Job Description

  • Manage all activities to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Responsible for maintaining the restaurant’ revenue as well as maintaining high standard about food, service, health safety.
  • Make a business plan based on the factors affecting business.
  • Make suggestions for business development and Marketing at the restaurant.
  •  Implement and check the maintenance of brand identify in the restaurant.
  • Arrange and implement approved marketing activities, promotional events or promotional programs.
  •  Conduct daily/weekly/monthly report including the following contents: HR, P&L, Revenue, Planning,… to direct Manager.
  • Handle and follow up on any customers complaints.
  • Recruit, training, develop and motivate staff.
  • Motivate staffs to promote their career path.
  • Check and supervise the arrangement of working shifs in the restaurant.
  • Maintain and control quality standards, food safety and staff safety.
  • Control stock and order goods in the restaurant.
  • Ensure important legal and administrative documents are carefully stored (copy documents) in the restaurant.
  • Monthly/Quarterly inventor
  • Training and development plans for Staff based on periodic performance evaluation file
  • Other tasks followed by the direct manager.

B. Job Requirements

  • Education: Hold a College/Associate's Degree or higher in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related fields.
  • Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a restaurant, with at least 02 years in a management or assistant management position in a restaurant/hotel with a team size of 30 staff or more.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/office computing.
  • Soft Skills: Professional communication skills and excellent situational handling/problem-solving skills.
  • Management Skills: Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Management Skills: Proficiency in management, planning, supervision, and team development.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws and legal regulations.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of food, beverage, and the service industry.
  • Personality: Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, dedicated to customer service, high sense of responsibility, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Age: Over 30 years old.
  • Language: Fluent in English communication.
