A. Job Description

Mix/Prepare and serve beverages to customers according to the Company's standard recipes.
Receive beverage orders from serving staff.
Control inventory and place orders for alcohol, beverages, or other supplies.
Arrange tools and equipment logically and efficiently.
Comply with all regulations regarding hygiene and food safety.
Control and minimize spoilage and waste.
Maintain beverage equipment and mixing tools.
Implement stock rotation procedures to ensure product freshness.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the direct Manager.

Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, agile, and suitable for a service environment.
Experience: Preference for candidates with at least 03 months of experience in the bar service field, with knowledge of different beverages and mixing methods.
Skills: Ability to receive information and fill out required forms/templates.
Physical Demands: Able to move continuously or stand in place during the working shift.
Age: 18 years old and above.
Personality: Dedicated to customer service, honest, open-minded, enthusiastic, highly motivated (eager to learn), and able to work well under work pressure.
