A. Job Description

Greet customers upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
Warmly and politely greet and seat guests.
Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, serving hours, or other services within the restaurant.
Manage special reservation requests from guests, matching them with available tables.
Coordinate the seating of regular/loyal customers to ensure a balanced distribution across different service points.
Coordinate the dining room's operation throughout the meal service period.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the direct Manager.

Appearance/Demeanor: Quick, pleasant appearance, tall/well-proportioned, and suitable for a service environment.
Gender: Female.
Age: 18 years old and above.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills.
Soft Skills: Good situational handling/problem-solving skills.
Work Style: Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products and the brand being represented.
Personality: Dedicated to customer service, open-minded, honest, high sense of responsibility, able to work well under pressure, highly motivated (eager to learn), and goal-oriented for development.
Language: Basic English communication.
