A. Job Description

1. Build & Implement Customer Care Activities (20%)

Participate in market research, assessing brand awareness and customer satisfaction levels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and grow the loyalty/membership customer base to increase spending, reinforce loyalty, and enhance the customer experience.

2. Implement Marketing Activities & Campaigns (40%)

Participate in the design and production of Marketing materials (banners, flyers, catalogs, etc.) for the Phu Quoc market.

Produce communication content (images, videos) about services and products at the restaurant.

Support the operation of Marketing programs and events related to brand image in Phu Quoc.
Manage the process of ordering, coordinating, payment, and utilization of Marketing materials for restaurants in the area.
Assist in coordinating work with business partners, contractors, print production units, and related service providers.

3. Communication & Customer Interaction (30%)

Update and manage customer data, building plans for caring for existing customers.
Implement Loyalty programs: sending vouchers, greeting cards, and gifts on special occasions.
Monitor and promptly respond to customer reviews received directly at the restaurant and on online platforms.
Receive, confirm, and process customer reservation requests.

4. Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks (10%)

Execute contracts, procedures, and payment documents in compliance with company processes and regulations.
Process registration and notification documents for promotional programs according to legal requirements.
Prepare proposals, track, and seek approval for expenses related to the Marketing department.

Hold a College/Associate's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 01 year of experience in a corresponding position, preferably candidates with experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
Good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in negotiation and work management skills.
Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and customer-centric mindset.
Strong content writing ability and high level of creativity.
